Meet The Class

Creative Director
Dominic Semwanga
Dom directed Disaster Class's first play "Slavey" for the Southern Counties Drama Festival in 2023. He has since helped produce all of the Disaster Class projects and wrote and directed their original musical "A Show About Tomorrow". He trained at the National Youth Theatre Rep Company in 2024 and made his professional debut in Nicolas Hytner's A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Bridge Theatre. He has continued to work across stage and screen as well as doing freelance Sound Design including Disaster Class's productions of Medicine and Needy.

Tabitha Crocker
Tabitha studied Musical Theatre at The BRIT School which opened up opportunities to work with people such as Phyllida Lloyd, Director of Mamma Mia (2008). She has performed for Disaster Class in A Show About Tomorrow and their 2023 production of Slavey, playing the part of Nora Smith where she was nominated for Best Actress. She then went on to directed Much Ado About Nothing for their entry into the Southern Counties Drama Festival in 2024 where she was nominated for best director and has continued producing and stage managing their more recent productions. She is currently starting her training at RADA on the BA Acting course.
